Common use of CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION Clause in Contracts

CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION. Construction and/or remodeling or repair of academic and residential buildings on the Xxxxx campus in the vicinity of the Residence Halls is scheduled for the current academic year. Construction is expected to occur during normal daytime working hours, but will result in disturbances and disruptions, including, but not limited to, increased noise and dust in the area surrounding the Residence Halls and planned and unplanned utility shutdowns in the Residence Halls. By signing this contract, the Student agrees they have been advised of said scheduled construction, acknowledges there will be disturbances and disruptions resulting from such construction and agrees to such disturbances and disruptions.
