Common use of Construction Completion Certificate Clause in Contracts

Construction Completion Certificate. 14.1.1 Upon satisfactory completion of the construction works, the Concessionaire shall have to avail the Construction Completion Certificate for the Project from Maha-Metro, who is also the Special Planning Authority for the Project. No payment shall be made by the Maha-Metro to the Concessionaire towards the construction, operations and maintenance of the Project including any incidental charges as incurred by the Concessionaire for the Construction/ development of the Project. 14.1.2 The Concessionaire shall have to avail the Construction Completion Certificate and Occupancy certificate from Maha-Metro before commencing Commercial Operations. 14.1.3 Maha-Metro shall allow for Commercial Operations of the Project only after availing the Construction Completion Certificate for the project.
