Construction Cost Estimate. The Class C Construction Cost Estimate is an estimate of the Construction Cost based on updated Owner requirements, general description of the Project, preliminary site information and existing conditions, and takes into consideration market conditions as well as basic implementation logistics. Class C Construction Cost Estimate shall include labour and material costs and the Owner’s construction contingencies and allowances.
