Common use of CONSTRUCTION COSTS, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE EXPENSES Clause in Contracts

CONSTRUCTION COSTS, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE EXPENSES. BWS shall exclusively shoulder the following for the duration of this Agreement: 5.1. All costs for the construction of the facilities for the Project; 5.2. All expenses for the installation of the necessary equipment, tools or other appurtenances; and 5.3. All costs for the operation and maintenance of the facilities.
