Consultant shall submit the Construction Documents to District, along with the Construction Cost Estimate, and request District’s approval. If District elects to conduct a constructability review of the completed Construction Documents with its own internal assets or by a third party, a report shall be provided to Consultant and Consultant shall revise the Construction Documents accordingly and shall respond in writing to each comment made by the constructability reviewer in one of the following ways: Indicate where or how the comment is reflected in a change to the Construction Documents, or Explain why the comment is not reflected in a change to the Construction Documents. District may require Consultant to supplement its submittal or to prepare an additional submittal if Consultant’s response is insufficient to allow the constructability reviewer to confirm the changes. Consultant shall coordinate with the appropriate jurisdictions, including but not limited to State, County, and local jurisdictions, Historic Preservation organizations, neighborhood associations, and utility purveyors, to ascertain required review and approval processes for construction of the Work. Consultant shall be responsible for establishing points of contact with each jurisdiction, scheduling required meetings, and submitting appropriate documentation in a timely fashion and responding to additional information requests from appropriate jurisdictions such that the work can proceed according to the Project Schedule. Consultant shall identify all requisite costs associated with the review and approval processes and shall provide timely notice to the District of such costs to ensure that payments can be secured without delay to the Project.

Construction Documents Phase. 1-2.1 Based on District’s approval of the Design Development Documents, and on District’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements or the Construction Cost Budget, Consultant shall prepare Construction Documents for District’s approval. The DP shall show compliance of the proposed design with its own internal assets references to Texas Accessibility Standards, Federal Accessibility Standards and ADA requirements as stated in the DP Agreement. This may be done by identifying all accessibility items by category with a check list of: compliance, not applicable or requesting a waiver. This checklist will be submitted with appropriate documents generated by the DP to fully describe the project to the plan reviewer at the offices of the Department of Licensing and Regulation (DLR). The checklist used by the DLR may also be used as the format for the DP's submittal. Construction Documents Phase. 2.6.1 Based on District’s approval of the Design Development Documents, and on District’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements or the Construction Cost Budget, Consultant shall prepare Construction Documents for District’s approval. Construction Documents Phase. Based The Construction Manager shall provide services during the construction documents phase as set forth below: a. The School District's review and/or approval of the Construction Documents will not relieve the Architect of its responsibilities under this Agreement. 1-2.2 The Architect shall assist the School District in the preparation of the necessary procurement information and forms for construction procurement, the Conditions of the Contract, and the form of agreement between the School District and Consultant acknowledge that Contractor. 1-2.3 The Architect shall provide any adjustments to estimates of the cost of construction indicated by changes in order requirements, general market conditions or other changes.
