Common use of Construction Easement Clause in Contracts

Construction Easement. Redeveloper will grant or convey to the City without additional consideration all necessary permanent and/or temporary construction easements (if any) on, over or across the Redeveloper Property required to construct any of the Redeveloper Public Improvements.
