Construction, Governing Law and Venue. This Agreement shall be interpreted according to Arizona law and shall be construed as a whole and in accordance with its fair meaning and without regard to, or taking into account, any presumption or other rule of law requiring construction against the Party preparing this Agreement or any part hereof. Any dispute or controversy relating to this Agreement, including the breach and enforcement thereof, shall take place in the Superior Court of Pima County, Arizona.

Construction, Governing Law and Venue. This Sublease will be interpreted according to Arizona law, and will be construed as a whole and in accordance with its fair meaning and without regard to, or taking into account, any presumption or other rule of law requiring construction against the Party preparing this Sublease or any part hereof. Any dispute or controversy relating to this Sublease, including the breach and enforcement thereof, will take place in the Superior Court of Pima County, Arizona.
Construction, Governing Law and Venue. The captions used in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not be considered in the construction or interpretation of any provision hereof. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to principles of conflicts of law. The language in all parts of this Agreement shall in all cases be construed as a whole according to its fair meaning, and not strictly for or against either or any party, notwithstanding the drafting of the Agreement by any party or party's representative. Any action to enforce or interpret this Agreement shall be filed and heard in the Superior Court of Santa Xxxxx County, California or in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California.
Construction, Governing Law and Venue. The provisions of Sections 18 and 20 of the Employment Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference, mutatis mutandis, as if fully set forth herein.   • Governing Law and Venue This Contract has been negotiated and executed in the state of California and shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of California. In the event of any legal action to enforce or interpret this Contract, the sole and exclusive venue shall be a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orange County, California, and the parties hereto agree to and do hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such court, notwithstanding Code of Civil Procedure Section 394. Furthermore, the parties specifically agree to waive any and all rights to request that an action be transferred for adjudication to another county.

The parties hereby consent to and grant any such court jurisdiction over the person of such parties and, to the extent permitted by law, over the subject matter of such dispute and agree that mailing of process or other papers in connection with any such action or proceeding in the manner provided in Section 9.6 or in such other manner as may be permitted by law shall be valid and sufficient service thereof.

  • Applicable Law and Venue This Contract and the provisions contained herein shall be construed, controlled, and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida. All claims, controversies, or disputes arising out of this Contract shall be settled as required by this Contract or by law in the Circuit Court for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, Orange County, Florida. Should any federal claims arise for which the courts of the State of Florida lack jurisdiction, the parties hereby agree that venue for those actions shall be in the Orlando Division of the U.S. Middle District of Florida.
