Construction Hours. Developer, its tenants, and contractors will not engage in any construction activities, other than emergency repairs, before 7:00 a.m. and after 7 p.m. Monday- Friday, or before 8:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m. on Saturday. Developer and its contractors will not engage in any construction work, other than repairs, on Sunday. EFFECT OF AGREEMENT
