Common use of Construction Inspection Clause in Contracts

Construction Inspection. EFSEC shall provide plan review and inspection of construction for all Project structures, underground and overhead electrical lines, and other Project facilities to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Construction shall be in accordance with the approved design and construction plans, and other relevant regulations. EFSEC may contract with Yakima County, another appropriate agency, or an independent firm to provide these services.
