Construction Manager’s Fee. The following shall be deemed included in the Construction Manager’s fee for services during the Construction Phase. 8.5.2.1 Salaries or other compensation of the Construction Manager’s employees at the principal office and branch office for services related to the project. 8.5.2.2 Bonuses and awards to all Construction Manager’s employees. 8.5.2.3 Only those general operating expenses of the Construction Manager’s principal and/or branch offices that are specifically related to this Project. 8.5.2.4 The costs of all data processing staff and software at the Construction Manager’s principal or branch office performing services related to this project. 8.5.2.5 The acquisition, operation and maintenance of office supplies, tools, vehicles and equipment in which title and ownership is not vested with the Owner. 8.5.2.6 The Construction Manager’s profit.
