Construction Manager’s Written Decision. The Construction Manager will review the Dispute and issue a written decision to Developer and Architect within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the demand for review and supporting documentation are received. The Construction Manager has the option to meet with Developer, or with Developer and any other party, before issuing a decision.
