Construction Meetings. Commencing on the first full week after the week in which Landlord commences vertical construction of the Project Improvements, and continuing each week thereafter until Substantial Completion, Landlord, Tenant, the Project Architect and a representative of the general contractor of the Project Improvements shall attend construction meetings at a mutually acceptable location during general business hours, for the purposes of discussing the progress of the Project Improvements in accordance with the construction schedule.

Construction Meetings. Design Professional shall attend regular construction meetings at the project site scheduled to occur {INSERT MEETING FREQUENCY - Example once a week, once every 2 weeks}, plus special meetings as they are deemed necessary. Design Professional’s consultants shall attend as necessary. If, through no fault of Design Professional, the total number of regular construction meetings attended exceeds {NUMBER} meetings, Design Professional shall be compensated for additional meetings in accordance with Agreement paragraph 5.
Construction Meetings. LAPA shall maintain responsibility for conducting regularly scheduled site inspections and job meetings with respect to all Major Alterations. Documentation of such meetings shall be maintained by LAPA and be available for review by County staff.
Construction Meetings. Prior to commencing work in the Premises, Tenant shall schedule a meeting with Landlord and its architect, Contractor and Architect to review in detail the scope of work, schedule, and procedures and other details to ensure that the work may proceed without material disturbance to Landlord or other tenants working on improvements in their premises. Thereafter, the same representatives shall meet as needed to plan and discuss progress. Landlord shall be entitled to participate in the regularly scheduled meetings with Tenant’s construction team.
