Construction Of Lease Terms. The Landlord, property manager or Sub-recipient shall ensure that an incident of actual or threatened domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking shall not be construed as: A serious or repeated violation of a lease for CoC-RR-assisted housing by the victim or threatened victim of such incident; or Good cause for terminating the assistance, tenancy or occupancy rights to CoC-RR-assisted housing of the victim of such incident.

Construction Of Lease Terms. The terms of this Lease will not be construed more strongly against any party, regardless of which party was responsible for the preparation and drafting of this Lease.

Construction Of Lease Terms. All provisions of this Lease are to be construed as covenants and agreements as though the words importing such covenants and agreements were used in each separate provision hereof. If any provision or provisions of this Lease are illegal or not enforceable, it or they shall be considered separate and severable from this Lease and its remaining provisions shall remain in force and be binding upon the parties hereto as though the said provision or provisions had never been included.
