City Ordinances. Licensee expressly acknowledges that by entering into this Agreement, Licensee, its successors, assigns, vendors, grantees, and/or trustees, shall not construe any language contained herein or in any exhibits as waiving any of the requirements of the City’s Zoning Ordinance or Subdivision Ordinance or any other ordinance of the City, as applicable. Licensee shall strictly conform to all provisions of the City’s Code of Ordinances and Licensee shall obtain all such permits as may be required to place the Improvements in the License area of the Sidewalk.
City Ordinances. 1. Nondiscrimination. In the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, OCF agrees not to discriminate against any employee or applicant because of race, religion, marital status, age, color, sex, handicap, national origin or ancestry, income level or source of income, arrest record or conviction record, less than honorable discharge, physical appearance, sexual orientation, gender identity, political beliefs, or student status. OCF further agrees not to discriminate against any subcontractor or person who offers to subcontract on this Agreement because of race, religion, color, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin.
City Ordinances. The Contractor shall observe all ordinances relating to the obstruction of streets or fire hydrants, the transportation of materials, the maintenance of signals and passageways, and all laws relating to City improvements. The Contractor shall notify the Police Dispatcher designating any avenue, street, or alley that is closed to travel due to the construction work. The Contractor shall again notify the Police Dispatcher when said avenue, street, or alley is restored and safe for travel. 7-12.03 Smoking
City Ordinances. Nothing in this Memorandum constitutes a waiver of the City ordinances, the City’s regulatory jurisdiction, or the State’s utility regulatory jurisdiction.

PROPERY OWNER’S ASSOCIATION REGULATIONS- Guest(s) agrees to comply with ALL City Ordinances and Property Owner’s Association Rules (Property Association Rules may vary depending on the property): Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance; fireworks are prohibited per City Ordinance both on private and public property; and no BBQing is allowed without PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF South Padre Trips Llc unless otherwise stated on listing.

City Ordinances. This Agreement is subject to any modification of city ordinances as may be necessary to implement the agreed-upon provisions and the Mayor agrees to submit to the Board of Aldermen such modifications. In addition, as to any matters concerning the employees which are not covered herein but which are covered by the Melrose City Ordinances, such as but not limited to vacations, holidays, sick leave, etc. , the provisions of the City Ordinances shall govern.
City Ordinances. Abide by all governmental laws and regulations including all City Ordinances regarding care, condition, and occupancy of the premises. This includes, but is not limited to: keeping the yard free of weeds, keeping noise and parties under control so as not to disturb the neighbors; picking up all trash and rubbish (such as branches, leaves, litter, etc.) from and around the premises; having no abandoned or inoperable vehicles on the premises at any time; allowing no animal to run at large; having no animal that is a nuisance (excessive barking, tendency to bite, etc.); removing snow from sidewalks within 24 hours of the snow stopping, setting off fireworks; and at no time having inside furniture outside. A $75.00 service charge will be assessed for each Notice from the City for violations of the above ordinances or any notice sent from a Home Owners Association for violations of the covenants.
