Common use of Construction Period Reports Clause in Contracts

Construction Period Reports. (a) The Borrower shall promptly, and in any event within five Business Days, after receipt from the P1 CASA Advisor, deliver to the P1 Administrative Agent and the Independent Engineer a copy of any material written statement, budget, plan or reports delivered to the Borrower under the P1 CASA (including any such statements, budget, plan or report with respect to the Rio Grande Facility) and all lien and claim waivers with respect to the Rio Grande Facility required to be delivered pursuant to Section 3.10(c) (Other Services) of the P1 CASA.
