Extension of Time/ Period. The Affected Party shall be granted by the other Party, extension of time specified in this Agreement for the performance of any obligation by such period not exceeding the period during which the relative performance was affected by the Force Majeure Event. Such extension may include extension of the Concession Period by the Authority in appropriate cases.
Extension of Time/ Period. The time periods for the restrictions set forth in this Agreement shall be extended by the number of days in which Stockholder is in breach of such restrictions.

Extension of Time/ Period. The time period during which you are to refrain from any of the activities listed in this Agreement will be automatically extended by any length of time during which you or any of your affiliates, successors or assigns are in breach of any provision of this Agreement. This Agreement will continue through the duration of the extended time periods.

Recipient may at any time not less than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled termination date of a Transition Service, as set forth in the applicable Transition Service Schedule, request in writing to Provider to extend the Time Period for such Transition Service. To the extent requested by Recipient and consented to by Provider, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, Provider shall provide such Transition Services during the extended Time Period (the “Extended Transition Services”) on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement (after taking into account any amendments or modifications to the terms and conditions of this Agreement that are implemented in connection with such extension), and for a such time period and at such cost as shall be mutually agreed to in good faith by Provider and Recipient; provided, however, that any Extended Transition Services shall not be provided after unless Provider has consented thereto, which consent may be given or withheld in Provider’s sole and absolute discretion. To the extent that the termination date for any Transition Service has been extended pursuant to this Section 7(b), the Time Period for such Service shall be deemed to be extended accordingly. If CloudCo and MC are unable to agree within ten (10) days of a request on the terms and conditions of an extension of a Time Period, such Dispute shall be resolved in accordance with Section 3.
Extension of Time/ Period. Executive acknowledges and agrees that any violation by Executive of any covenant contained in Section 9 of this Agreement shall automatically toll and suspend the running of the applicable time period for that covenant for the period of time that the violation continues. Any such covenant shall remain in full force and effect and shall bind Executive throughout the period of any such tolling and suspension. The running of the applicable time period for any such covenant shall recommence upon the conclusion of the violation of such covenant.
