Common use of Construction Planning Meeting Clause in Contracts

Construction Planning Meeting. 5.1.1. Within ten (10) Business Days of receipt of the Facility Study report, the Interconnection Customer shall request a Construction Planning Meeting, where failure to comply shall result in the Interconnection Request being deemed withdrawn.
