Common use of Construction Planning Meeting Clause in Contracts

Construction Planning Meeting. 5.1.1. Within ten (10) Business Days of receipt of the Facilities Study Report, the Interconnection Customer shall request a Construction Planning Meeting, where failure to comply shall result in the Interconnection Request being deemed withdrawn. The Construction Planning Meeting request shall be in writing and shall include the Interconnection Customer’s reasonably requested date for completion of the construction of the Upgrades and Interconnection Facilities. 5.1.2. Any Utility-approved subcontractor performance remains subject to Utility oversight during construction. The Utility shall make a list of Utility-approved subcontractors available to the Interconnection Customer promptly upon request.
