Construction Right-of-way Sample Clauses

Construction Right-of-way use permits issued under the provisions of this code chapter shall be valid for 60 consecutive calendar days from date of issuance the duration reasonably determined by the planning department to be necessary to complete the work or conduct the approved use and shall thereafter automatically expire.

Construction Right-of-way. Where, based upon the Engineer's design work, rights-of-way are required for construction, the District will, at its expense, obtain such rights-of-way, including appraisals and title searches, utilizing descriptions and maps provided by the Engineer.

  • Right of Way 8.1 The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for:
