Construction Right-of-Way. Where, based upon the Engineer's design work, rights-of-way are required for construction, the District will, at its expense, obtain such rights-of-way, including appraisals and title searches, utilizing descriptions and maps provided by the Engineer.

Construction Right-of-Way use permits issued under the provisions of this code chapter shall be valid for 60 consecutive calendar days from date of issuance the duration reasonably determined by the planning department to be necessary to complete the work or conduct the approved use and shall thereafter automatically expire.

  • Right of Way 8.1 The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for:

  • Right of Way and Real Property The party named in Article 1, Responsible Parties, under AGREEMENT is responsible for the provision and acquisition of any needed right of way or real property. The Local Government shall be responsible for the following:

  • Special/temporary right of way The Contractor shall bear all costs and charges for any special or temporary right of way required by it in connection with access to the Site. The Contractor shall obtain at its cost such facilities on or outside the Site as may be required by it for the purposes of the Project Highway and the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Access Easement The Owner shall grant to VBWD the necessary easements and rights-of-way and/or maintain perpetual access from public rights-of-way to the Facility for VBWD, its agent, or contractor.

  • Parking Space The address required to find and physically park the Lessee’s vehicle is mandatory for this agreement to be valid. Section II. Term (7)

  • Ground Lease Reserved.

  • Building Permit The Owner shall pay for all permits. The Owner and AE shall be required to provide such information to the Permitting Authority as is necessary to obtain approval from the Permitting Authority to commence construction prior to beginning construction. The CM shall pull the Building Permit, and shall be responsible for delivering and posting the Building Permit at the Project Site prior to the commencement of construction. The Owner and AE shall fully cooperate with the CM when and where necessary.

  • Parking Spaces All fees, taxes, costs, charges and expenses for operating cleaning, painting, managing maintaining, up-keeping, repair, replacement, renovation, overhaul, in respect of the Parking Spaces and also on deployment of personnel and agency for its operation, security, protection and other purposes etc.

  • Building Permits All building permits required for the construction of the Improvements have been obtained prior to the commencement of the construction of the Improvements and copies of same will be delivered to Lessor.
