Construction Schedule Report. The CM shall review the progress of construction of each Contractor on a monthly basis, shall evaluate the percentage complete of each construction activity as indicated in the Contractor’s Construction Schedule and shall review such percentages with the Contractor. This evaluation shall serve as data for input to the periodic Construction Schedule report that shall be prepared and distributed to the Contractor, the Owner and Designer. The report shall indicate the actual progress compared to scheduled progress and shall serve as the basis for the progress payment to the Contractor.
