Construction Schedule. a. Within fifteen (15) calendar days after the award of the Contract, the Contractor shall prepare and submit to the Project Manager and District an as-planned construction schedule showing in detail how the Contractor plans to prosecute the work within the time set for Final Completion. The schedule shall include the work of all trades necessary for construction of the Project, and shall be sufficiently complete and comprehensive to enable progress to be monitored on a day-by-day basis. The information for each activity shall include at a minimum the activity description, duration, start date and completion date. b. The Contractor shall take care in the preparation of the schedule to ensure that it represents an accurate and efficient plan for accomplishing the work.
