Time Restrictions. A) Subject to Section 5.1 of these Rules and Regulations, general construction work will generally be permitted at all times, unless such work affects other tenants or occupants of the building or poses a safety concern at which time it will need be scheduled during non-business hours.
B) Tenant shall provide the Property Manager with at least forty eight (48) hours notice before proceeding with Special Work, as hereinafter defined, and such Special Work will be permitted only at times agreed to by the Property Manager during periods outside of Regular Business Hours. “Special Work” shall be defined as the following operations:
Time Restrictions. Subject to Paragraph 5.1 of these rules and regulations, general construction work will generally be permitted at all times, including during Regular Business Hours.
Time Restrictions. Time restrictions may be extended if mutually agreed upon. Consent to extend time restrictions will not be unreasonably withheld. The failure of one party to comply with time allowances of any agreed upon extensions shall result in the grievance being progressed to the next step.

The Storage Services offered by the Storage Service Provider pursuant to Article 2 hereof shall be subject to the technical restrictions imposed by the operation of the Storage Facility in accordance with both the provisions of the following Article 7.2 hereof and any other technical and time restrictions in accordance with any information made available to the Storage customer by the Storage Service Provider on his website or otherwise.
6.2. The following changeover and start-up times shall be required for the operation of the Storage Facility by the Storage Service Provider:
6.2.1. Lead time for injection: up to 02:00 hours 6.2.2. Lead time for withdrawal: up to 02:00 hours 6.2.3. Flow reversal time for injection/withdrawal: normally up from 02:00 to 03:00 hours 6.2.4. Flow reversal time for withdrawal/injection: normally up from 02:00 to 03:00 hours
6.3. The Storage Service Provider allows the Storage Customer to submit a Re- nomination request which is required to be submitted two (2) hours ahead of the envisaged change. The Storage Service Provider, however, reserves the right to reject the Re-nomination request in exceptional cases for technical reasons. Nevertheless, the Storage Service Provider, is also entitled to accept a Renomination request submitted less than two (2) hours ahead of the envisaged change in case of technical availability.

b. Tenant shall provide the Construction Coordinator with at least twenty-four (24) hours notice before proceeding with Special Work, as hereinafter defined, and such Special Work will be permitted only at times agreed to by the Building Manager during periods outside of Regular Business Hours. Tenant shall pay for all additional supervisory and other premium costs incurred by Landlord as the result of any such Special Work. "Special Work" shall be defined as the following operations:
Time Restrictions a) At any stage of the grievance procedure, the time limits imposed upon either party may be extended by written mutual agreement.
b) The failure of the griever to meet any time lines shall constitute a forfeit of the grievance.
Time Restrictions. On each business day – BillPay processing takes place at 4 p.m. ET. Any payment entered BEFORE 4:00 p.m. ET will be processed the same business day. Any payments initiated AFTER 4:00 p.m. ET will be processed on the next business day. Payments may take up to 10 days to reach the vendor; they will be sent either electronically or by check. Bills are only generated and sent on Business Days; they do not get paid on holidays or weekends; all bills will be paid AFTER the weekend or the last working day AFTER the holiday, if the pay date or reoccurring scheduled payment falls on a non-working day. Monies for BillPay are deducted at the time of the payment processing with us.
Time Restrictions. All functions be restricted to the Dining Room and the Function hall (Not outside) and shall terminate by 22h00 during weekdays and 23h00 on Fridays and Saturdays. Every person, including the DJ must be off the premises at 23h15. Due to new legislation on smoking in public areas, both function venues, as well as the Guest house itself, are NON-SMOKING areas. However, provision is made for smokers on the patio (Any uncovered area). We Appeal to smokers to be considerate and refrain from smoking inside the buildings. Please note, due to the severity of these laws and the influence of the contravention of these laws, it is of utmost importance that these laws are strictly adhered to. Any person failing to adhere to these laws will be acted on and prosecuted with possibility of a fine of imprisonment. We are acting according to Government legislation.
Time Restrictions. A Partner may not withdraw from the ----------------- Partnership at any time prior to the close of business on the later to occur of (i) January 1, 2003, or (ii) the last day of the 24th month following the month in which such Partner becomes a Partner in the Partnership, without the unanimous consent of all other Partners.
Time Restrictions. The curfew for the Opelousas Civic Center is 1:00 a.m. At this time, all activities must cease, lights extinguished, and building secured. Everyone and everything (decorations and all personal items) must be off the premises (NOT LEAVING) by 2:00 a.m. The security guards and/or building monitor on duty will enforce this policy.
