Common use of Construction Schedule Clause in Contracts

Construction Schedule. The CONTRACTOR, immediately after being awarded the contract, shall prepare and submit for the OWNER, and Engineer’s information an estimated progress schedule for the work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents and shall provide for expeditious and reasonable execution of the work, not to exceed the time limits for completion provided in the Contract Documents. The progress schedule shall be updated as the Work proceeds or the schedule changes and immediately upon request by the OWNER.
