Construction Waste Accumulation. Construction waste (hazard class IV-V) may be accumulated outside the container (for accumulation of the transportable volume). In this case, construction waste must be accurately placed and covered with the waterproof tent. The tent must bear the waterproof labeling indicating the Partner whose works generated such waste, the full name of the authorized representative of the Partner, their phone number and date, on which the Partner began to warehouse such waste. The waste accumulation this way may not exceed 2 weeks. Раздельный сбор и накопление отходов. В данном случае строительные отходы должны быть аккуратно сложены и накрыты водонепроницаемым тентом. На тент должна быть нанесена водостойкая маркировка с указанием Xxxxxxxx, у которого в ходе выполнения работ образовались данные отходы, ФИО ответственного представителя Xxxxxxxx, его номер телефона и дата начала складирования отхода. Накопление отходов данным способом не должно превышать 2 недель.

  • Safety Where an employee is prevented from working at the employee’s particular function as a result of unsafe conditions caused by the inclement weather, the employee may be transferred to other work in the employee’s classification on site, until the unsafe conditions are rectified. Where such alternative is not available and until the unsafe conditions are rectified, the employee shall remain on site. The employee shall be paid for such time without reduction of the employees’ inclement weather entitlement.

  • Monitoring In each case in which the Foreign Custody Manager maintains Foreign Assets with an Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Foreign Custody Manager, the Foreign Custody Manager shall establish a system to monitor (i) the appropriateness of maintaining the Foreign Assets with such Eligible Foreign Custodian and (ii) the contract governing the custody arrangements established by the Foreign Custody Manager with the Eligible Foreign Custodian. In the event the Foreign Custody Manager determines that the custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian it has selected are no longer appropriate, the Foreign Custody Manager shall notify the Board in accordance with Section 3.2.5 hereunder.

Upon request, certified copies of all insurance policies shall be furnished to the TIPS or the TIPS Member.
