CONSULTANT COST RECORD RETENTION. Consultant, and all its subconsultants or subcontractors, shall maintain originals or copies of any document required to be completed in this Agreement, that substantiate any expense incurred, or changes any legal obligations for three (3) years from the date of WHEN FEDERAL FUNDS USED IN PE final cost settlement by FHWA and END USE WHEN FEDERAL FUNDS USED IN PE project closeout by the State.
