Common use of Consultant Credits Clause in Contracts

Consultant Credits. To the extent the Consultant gives credits toward future purchases of goods or services, financial incentives, discounts, value points or other benefits based on the purchase of the materials or services provided for under this Contract, such credits belong to the County and not any specific Using Agency. Consultant shall reflect any such credits on its invoices and in the amounts it invoices the County.
