Common use of Consultant Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Consultant Responsibility. The Consultant shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, timely completion, and coordination of all studies, reports and other Work performed under this Agreement. The Consultant is responsible for providing the materials, equipment, training and tools necessary for performance of the Work. The Consultant represents that all Work performed under this Agreement shall be performed with the usual thoroughness and competence and in accordance with the standards of care of the Consultant’s profession prevailing in Colorado. Without additional compensation, and without limiting the Board’s remedies, the Consultant shall promptly remedy and correct any errors, omissions or other deficiencies in the Work not meeting that standard of care, including any breaches of the representations in this Agreement.
