Common use of Consultants Services and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Consultants Services and Responsibilities. The Consultant agrees to further the interests of the District by furnishing the Consultant's skill and judgment in cooperation with, and in reliance upon, the services of the District's staff. The Consultant agrees to provide professional services at Conejo Valley Unified School sites as noted on the attached proposals and/or any other school construction projects assigned by the District.
