Consultation and Dispute Resolution. The parties are committed to minimising the amount of lost-time or production arising out of disputes or grievances, and to resolving any disputes by consultation and cooperation. The parties commit themselves to: • Resolving any disputes without recourse to industrial action; and • Accepting decisions of the WorkCover Authority.
