Consultation and Modifications. 1. The Parties shall consult and cooperate to ensure that this Chapter is applied in an effective and uniform manner. Unless the Parties otherwise agree, the Parties shall consult within six months of the date of entry into force of this Agreement regarding the implementation and application of this Chapter.
