Consultative Group. 10.1 The Commonwealth may establish a Consultative Group consultative group to consider issues and make recommendations in relation to OSHC and this Deed. If a consultative group is established, the DeedInsurer agrees to participate in meetings and, subject to clauses 17 and 18, provide all reasonable information and assistance to the consultative group as requested by the Commonwealth.
