Common use of Consulting Relationship Clause in Contracts

Consulting Relationship. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant will provide consulting services to the Company as described on Exhibit A hereto (the “Services”). Consultant represents that Consultant is duly licensed (as applicable) and has the qualifications, the experience and the ability to properly perform the Services. Consultant shall use Consultant’s best efforts to perform the Services such that the results are satisfactory to the Company.

Consulting Relationship. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant will provide consulting business development and related advisory services to the Company as described on Exhibit A hereto (the “Services”)) to the Company as such are more fully described on Exhibit A attached hereto. Consultant represents that Consultant is duly licensed (as applicable) and has the qualifications, the experience and the ability to properly perform the Services. Consultant shall use Consultant’s best efforts to perform the Services such that the results are satisfactory to the Company.

Consulting Relationship. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant will provide consulting services Services to the Company as described on in Exhibit A hereto (the “Services”)hereto. Consultant represents that Consultant is duly licensed (as applicable) and has the qualifications, the experience and the ability to properly perform the Services. Consultant shall use Consultant’s best efforts to perform the Services such that the results are satisfactory to the Company.

Consultant represents that Consultant is duly licensed (as if applicable) and has the qualifications, the experience and the ability to properly perform the Services. Consultant shall use Consultant’s best efforts to perform the Services such that the results are satisfactory to the Company. Consultant shall devote at least 25 hours per week to performance of the Services.

Consulting Relationship. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant will provide consulting services to the Company as described on Exhibit A hereto (the “Services”). Consultant represents that Consultant is duly licensed (as applicable) and has the qualifications, the experience and the ability to properly perform the Services. Consultant shall use Consultant’s best efforts to perform the Services such that the results are satisfactory to the Company.

Consulting Relationship. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant will provide consulting services (the “Services”) to the Company as described on Exhibit A hereto (the “Services”)attached to this Agreement. Consultant represents that Consultant is duly licensed (as applicable) and has the qualifications, the experience and the ability to properly perform the Services. Consultant shall use Consultant’s best efforts to perform the Services such that the results are satisfactory to the Company and in conformance with the Code of Professional Ethics of the AICPAA. Consultant shall provide Services only as requested by the Company.

Consulting Relationship. During the term of this AgreementTerm (as defined below), Consultant will provide consulting services to the Company as described on Exhibit A hereto (the “Services”). Consultant represents that Consultant is duly licensed (as applicable) and has the qualifications, the experience experience, and the ability to properly perform the Services. Consultant shall use Consultant’s best reasonable efforts to perform the Services. Consultant agrees to provide a minimum of five (5) hours of Services such that per month during the results are satisfactory to the CompanyTerm.

Consultant represents that Consultant is duly licensed (as if applicable) and has the qualifications, the experience and the ability to properly perform the Services. Consultant shall use Consultant’s 's best efforts to perform the Services such that the results are satisfactory to the Company. Consultant represents that Consultant is duly licensed (as applicable) and has the qualifications, the experience and the ability to properly perform the Services. Consultant shall use Consultant’s best efforts to perform the Services such that the results are satisfactory to the Company.

Consulting Relationship. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant will provide consulting services to the Company as described on Exhibit A hereto attached to this Agreement (the “Services”). Consultant represents that Consultant is duly licensed (as applicable) and has the qualifications, the experience and the ability to properly perform the Services. Consultant shall use Consultant’s best efforts to perform the Services such that the results are satisfactory to the Company.

Consulting Relationship. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant will provide consulting services to the Company as described on Exhibit A hereto (the “Services”). Consultant represents that Consultant is duly licensed (as if applicable) and has the qualifications, the experience and the ability to properly perform the Services. Consultant is allowed to work offsite and coordinate all actions in performing the Services remotely.

Consultant shall use Consultant’s best efforts be required to devote such time and effort as is necessary to properly perform the Services such in a first class manner. Consultant agrees that his obligations hereunder, including providing the results are satisfactory Services shall be to the CompanyCompany and its subsidiaries.

Consultant represents that Consultant is duly licensed (as applicable) and has the qualifications, the experience and the ability to properly perform the Services. Consultant shall use Consultant’s best efforts to perform the Services such that the results are satisfactory to the Company.
