Common use of Consulting Relationship Clause in Contracts

Consulting Relationship. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant will provide the consulting services (the “Services”) to Service Recipient described on Exhibit A to this Agreement, unless Service Recipient chooses to not require any of the Services, until full performance of the Services pursuant to the terms hereof. Consultant shall use Consultant’s commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Services in a manner reasonably satisfactory to Service Recipient.
