Consumer Account Disclosure. The dividend or interest rate, Annual Percentage Yield, methods of compounding, accrual or crediting of these, certain fees and charges and other restrictions on your Accounts are set forth in the Consumer Account Disclosure. Unless you deliver a signed Membership Application to us via mail or fax, the Account Agreements are provided to you when you deliver your signed Membership Application to us, or when requested. If you deliver a signed Membership Application to us via mail or fax, you will receive the Account Agreements within ten (10) days after account opening. Any use of an Account constitutes your agreement to the terms of the Consumer Account Disclosure and the Account Agreements.
