Consumer Accounts. If we do not complete a transaction to or from your account on time or in the correct amount according to our agreement with you, we will be liable for your losses or damages. Our sole responsibility for an error in a transaction will be to correct the error and in no case will we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
