The Parties represent and warrant to each other that they shall not obstruct the right of Participating Consumers to opt-out of the Program, and shall comply with any rules, regulations or policies of the Department, the Local Distributor and/or other lawful Governmental Authority regarding the procedures for opting out or of switching from one source of electricity supply to another.
