CONSUMER CHOICE, NOTIFICATION OF RIGHTS, ENROLLMENT. 5.1 CONSUMER CHOICE The Parties acknowledge and agree that all Participating Consumers have the right, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 164, § 134 and the Program, to change their source of electricity supply, as set forth in Article 5. The Parties shall not interfere with the right of Participating Consumers to opt out of the Program, and shall comply with any rules, regulations or policies of the Department, the LDC and/or other lawful Governmental authority regarding the procedures for opting out of the Program, or switching from one source of electric supply to another.
