Consumer Referrals. Providers are expected to generate their own leads to provide Ratings to market-rate homeowners. In the case that NYSERDA or the Pilot Partners send a referral to a Provider, the Provider shall accept the referral and make every reasonable effort to encourage customers to participate in the Pilot and, when providing Pilot services to these referral leads, do so in accordance with the Pilot guidelines, this Agreement and the contents of the Pilot Manual. Providers found to be actively discouraging customers from participating in the Pilot will be subject to the disciplinary measures detailed in Section 9.01 of this document.
Consumer Referrals. The PEC may choose to receive Initiative referrals via the NYSERDA website, and shall make every reasonable effort to encourage participation in this program. When providing Initiative services to these referrals, the PEC shall do so in accordance with all aspects of this solicitation, this Agreement, and any relevant Program Opportunity Notices or official NYSERDA guidance documents.
Consumer Referrals. All consumer inquires received by the Distributor from anywhere in the United States of America and Canada shall be formally ordered and shipped from Suppliers dealer back office, at the standard USA dealer one-hundred (100) piece order price which will allow us to cover the warranty for machines shipped from us to your customers outside assigned territory.
Consumer Referrals. The Partner shall accept Program referrals and shall make every reasonable effort to encourage participation in these Programs. When providing Program services to these referrals, the Partner shall do so in accordance with all aspects of PON 2309, including this Agreement.
