Data Protection Officer 10.1 The Data Processor will appoint a Data Protection Officer where such appointment is required by Data Protection Laws and Regulations.
Contract Officer For the purposes of this Agreement, the Contract Officer shall be the City Manager, or such other person designated in writing by the City Manager (“Contract Officer”). Unless otherwise specified herein, any approval of City required hereunder shall mean the approval of the Contract Officer.
