Contact Hours Per Duty Year. 5.5.2.1 The normal assigned number of contact hours per duty year in University Studies and Career/Technology program/courses is four hundred and fifty (450) and the maximum shall not normally exceed four hundred and eighty (480) contact hours per duty year. 5.5.2.2 Assigned contact hours greater than four hundred and fifty (450) hours will be considered an overload as per Article 5.2.2.2.
