Contact Point. Each Party shall designate a contact point to facilitate communications between the Parties on any matter covered by this Agreement.
Contact Point. An employee who has been laid off and wishes to be recalled must insure that the Employer has a current phone number and address for purposes of recall. Failure on the part of the employee to provide this information may result in the employee forfeiting his/her recall rights.
Contact Point. 3.1. To report an Incident or request Hardware Maintenance, the Customer shall contact the helpdesk as instructed by Nexus on xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx
3.2. The Customer may appoint 10 contact persons by registering them with Nexus. Each such contact person shall be authorized to contact the helpdesk. The Customer may change contact persons at any time.
3.3. Each time the Customer contacts the helpdesk, the Customer shall state any relevant serial number and the Customer’s identity and location.
Contact Point. The Contact Points designated by the Parties pursuant to Article 8.2 of the Agreement shall also serve as the Contact Points for this Treaty for the purpose of facilitating communications between the Parties on any matter concerning this Treaty.
Contact Point. Each Party shall, within 30 days of the date of entry into force of this Agreement for that Party, designate a contact point for this Chapter and shall notify the other Parties of the contact details of that contact point. Each Party shall promptly notify the other Parties of any change to those contact details. Any notification, request, reply, written submission, or other document relating to any proceedings under this Chapter shall be delivered to the relevant Party through its designated contact point. The relevant Party shall provide confirmation of the receipt of such documents in writing through its designated contact point.
Contact Point. Under the IC Institution will be appointed as the point of contact for any data protection related requests concerning Institution or Sponsor in connection with the Trial and any use of personal data according to the IC. Institution shall be responsible to handle such requests (including sharing such requests with Sponsor, where required) and communicate with Trial Participants; Sponsor will provide reasonable assistance where required to ensure compliance with Trial Participants' rights under applicable Data Protection Laws.
Contact Point. 1. Each Participating State shall designate a contact point to facilitate communications between the Parties on any matter covered by this Agreement, including the exchange of information relevant to the implementation and operation of this Agreement.
2. At the request of any Participating State, the contact point of the requested Participating State shall identify the office or official responsible for the matter and assist in facilitating communication with the requesting Party.
Contact Point. 1. Both Parties shall make the required notifications referred to under Article 8.13 (Notification) to investigating authorities in addition to the Embassies.
2. In case of any dispute regarding the date of the notification related to paragraph 1, the notification date sent to the Embassies is deemed as binding.
Contact Point. 1. Each Party shall designate the contact points3 in the relevant ministries through whom all matters arising from this Chapter will be channeled.
2. The contact point's duties will include: (a) coordinating cooperation programs and other activities; (b) acting as liaison between the Parties; (c) providing information to the other Party and to the general public where appropriate; and (d) any other duty agreed by the Parties or by the Council on Sustainable Development. 3 The contact points shall be the relevant Ministries of the Parties, in charge of environmental and labor matters.
Contact Point. For the purpose of facilitating communication between the Parties on any matter covered by this Agreement, the following contact points are designated:
(a) for Australia: the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT); and
(b) for China: the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM).
