Contact Point. Each Party shall designate a contact point to facilitate communications between the Parties on any matter covered by this Agreement.

Contact Point. An employee who has been laid off and wishes to be recalled must insure that the Employer has a current phone number and address for purposes of recall. Failure on the part of the employee to provide this information may result in the employee forfeiting his/her recall rights.
Contact Point. 3.1. To report an Incident or request Hardware Maintenance, the Customer shall contact the helpdesk as instructed by Nexus on xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx 3.2. The Customer may appoint 10 contact persons by registering them with Nexus. Each such contact person shall be authorized to contact the helpdesk. Contact Point. Under the IC Institution will be appointed as the point of contact for any data protection related requests concerning Institution or Sponsor in connection with the Trial and any use of personal data according to the IC. Institution shall be responsible to handle such requests (including sharing such requests with Sponsor, where required) and communicate with Trial Participants; Sponsor will provide reasonable assistance where required to ensure compliance with Trial Participants' rights under applicable Data Protection Laws.

Contact Point. 1. Both Parties shall make the required notifications referred to under Article 8.13 (Notification) to investigating authorities in addition to the Embassies. 2. In case of any dispute regarding the date of the notification related to paragraph 1, the notification date sent to the Embassies is deemed as binding.

The contact point's duties will include: (a) coordinating cooperation programs and other activities; (b) acting as liaison between the Parties; (c) providing information to the other Party and to the general public where appropriate; and (d) any other duty agreed by the Parties or by the Council on Sustainable Development. 3 The contact points shall be the relevant Ministries of the Parties, in charge of environmental and labor matters.
