Contact Time. a) The student contact time assigned in any school year to any member, whether such time is in a teaching, consultative, or supervisory role, shall not, without the consent of the Association, be greater than 5% above the average student contact time assigned to members in each of Elementary, Junior High and Senior High, by the Division (former Fort Xxxxx) during the school year of September 1999 to June 2000. b) Part-time teachers shall be provided preparation time pro-rata based on their percentage of contract.
