Contact Tracing. a. Producers may require employees to use a “punch card” system, or electronic devices (e.g. phone “apps” or wearable devices that track movement or location or detect when a person wearing the device comes into close contact with another person). b. Producers may require employees to sign documentation consenting to the use of such electronic devices. c. The information from the device can only be used for purpose of contact tracing during work hours when there has been a COVID-19 related even, or to enforce social distancing protocols.
