Contacting DatacardTo receive the Software Maintenance Services described in Section 7.1 (a) and (b), Customer shall contact Datacard by calling or faxing Datacard’s Customer Care Center at the numbers stated in the applicable Schedule. Datacard’s Customer Care Center is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Datacard’s Customer Care Center will direct the Customer’s inquiry to the appropriate Datacard support personnel, depending upon the nature of the problem the Customer is experiencing with the software. Datacard will acknowledge requests for support within one (1) Business Day of its receipt of Customer’s request for support.

  • Password To enable you, and only you, to use the Service, you will be asked to choose a password when you register and are accepted as a customer of the Service. This password is stored in encrypted form by us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Funds Transfer customer number and password. No one at MIT Federal Credit Union has access to your Accounts passwords or user ID’s. You are responsible for uses of the Service whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you. Therefore, it is important that you DO NOT SHARE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER OR PASSWORD WITH ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. No one at MIT Federal Credit Union will know or need to know your password, and MIT Federal Credit Union employees will never ask for your password. If you wish to make a transfer to an Account of another person, you will be asked to provide a separate code word or phrase (the “Shared Secret”) that is known only to you and to the person to whom you are transferring the funds (the “Recipient”). We recommend that you do not use commonly used words, phrases or dates. In order to complete the transfer, the Recipient must provide the Shared Secret and certain other identifying information. YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT GIVE THE SHARED SECRET TO ANYONE EXCEPT THE RECIPIENT FOR ANY REASON. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT YOU WILL INSTRUCT THE RECIPIENT NOT TO GIVE THE SHARED SECRET TO ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY REASON. However, if you tell us within 2 business days, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your password without your permission. If you do NOT tell us within 2 business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your password, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from using your password without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500. You can see a complete statement of all your funds transfers effected or pending at any time by clicking on the History tab. If your statement shows transfers that you did not make, notify us AT ONCE. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the transfer was posted to your statement, you may not get back any money you lost after the 60 days, if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods.

  • Supplying Information Each Purchaser shall deliver such records, documents, information and data to the applicable Seller as such Seller may reasonably request in order to properly and efficiently perform such Seller’s obligations hereunder or under any Serviced Corporate Trust Contract with respect to any Serviced Appointment (for clarity, including in connection with the Seller Group’s governance and reporting mechanisms) or to defend, prosecute, appeal, pursue or cooperate with any judicial, arbitral or regulatory proceeding, audit, claim or investigation to which any Seller or any of its Affiliates is a party with respect to any Serviced Appointment; provided, however, that the Purchasers shall not be required to deliver any records, documents, information or data that (a) in the Purchasers’ reasonable determination could violate applicable Law, or could result in the loss or waiver of any attorney-client, work product or similar legal privilege or (b) in the Purchasers’ reasonable determination could violate any contractual obligation of the Purchaser Group with respect to confidentiality; provided, however, that with respect to clauses (a) and (b), the Sellers and the Purchasers shall cooperate in good faith to put in place appropriate substitute disclosure arrangements, including by using commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the consent of such third party to such access.

  • Line Information Database LIDB is a transaction-oriented database accessible through Common Channel Signaling (CCS) networks. For access to LIDB, MyLineToo must purchase appropriate signaling links pursuant to Section 10 of this Attachment. LIDB contains records associated with End User Line Numbers and Special Billing Numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other Network Elements and provides appropriate responses. The query originator need not be the owner of LIDB data. LIDB queries include functions such as screening billed numbers that provides the ability to accept Collect or Third Number Billing calls and validation of Telephone Line Number based non-proprietary calling cards. The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.

  • User Information Any user or usage data or information collected via Station’s digital properties or related to Station’s digital properties, or any information collected from websites operated by Station’s affiliates under this Agreement, shall be the property of Station and/or such affiliates. Advertiser shall have no rights in such information by virtue of this Agreement.

  • Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement. The Parties shall not use such information for purposes other than those set forth in this Article 25.1 of this Agreement and to enforce their rights under this Agreement.

  • Customer Data 8.1 You, not bookinglab or JRNI, have sole responsibility for the entry, deletion, correction, accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness, and right to use the Customer Data. bookinglab and JRNI is not responsible for any of the foregoing or for any destruction, damage, loss, or failure to store any Customer Data beyond its reasonable control or resulting from any failure in data transmission or operation of the Booking Service by you. 8.2 As of the MSA Start Date, JRNI is certified under ISO 27001 and shall maintain an information security program for the Services that complies with the ISO 27001 standards or such other standards as are substantially equivalent to ISO 27001. 8.3 If JRNI and/or bookinglab processes any Personal Data on your behalf when performing its obligations under this Agreement, the Parties acknowledge that you shall be the Data Controller and JRNI and/or bookinglab shall be a Data Processor and in any such case: (a) you shall ensure that you are entitled to transfer the relevant Customer Personal Data to JRNI and/or bookinglab so that they may lawfully use, process and transfer the Customer Personal Data in accordance with this Agreement on your behalf; (b) you shall ensure that the relevant third parties have been informed of, and have given their consent to, such use, processing, and transfer as required by all applicable Data Protection Laws; (c) each Party shall take appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised or unlawful processing of the personal data or its accidental loss, destruction or damage; and (d) notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, but subject always to Appendix B(1) Data Protection and B(2) Data Processing Activities, nothing shall prevent JRNI or bookinglab from disclosing Customer Personal Data or Customer Data to their Group Companies, Affiliates and third party service providers as necessary to provide the Services in accordance with clause 3, and otherwise in order to comply with Applicable Law or at the request of a governmental, regulatory or supervisory authority. 8.4 From the MSA Start Date the Parties shall comply with Appendix B(1) Data Protection and Appendix B(2) Data Processing Activities 8.5 ensure that Customer Data and Personal Data deemed as a special category of Data under GDPR is not given to us in any form unless pre-agreed by us in writing 8.6 You are solely responsible and liable for any transfer of Customer Data made by you (or made by JRNI or bookinglab at your request) from the Booking Service to a third party and for ensuring that such transfer is in compliance with the Parties' obligations under the Data Protection Laws.

  • Contractor Information The Contractor will provide up to date information for each of the following in the form and manner specified by OGS:

  • Information Sources The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Investments or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians and from other commercially reasonable sources such as commercial data bases and the like, but shall not be responsible for specific inaccuracies in such information, provided that the Custodian has relied upon such information in good faith, or for the failure of any commercially reasonable information provider.
