Content of Budget. The proposed budget shall include, but not be limited to, coverage of administrative costs for the budget year, costs for projects approved by the Full Funders, and costs for services provided by the Finance Agent and the Project Manager. The Finance Agent costs shall be based on direct costs incurred by the Finance Agent in carrying out its responsibilities pursuant to this Funding Agreement and the Finance Agent Agreement. The Project Manager’s costs shall be based on the contract between the Parties and the Project Manager.
