Context The Department of Education is Western Australia’s largest public sector employer with approximately 45,000 staff or one third of the Government workforce in around 800 worksites. Plural or Feminine Terms May Apply Whenever the singular or masculine is used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as if the plural or feminine has been used where the context of the party or parties hereto so requires.
Feminine/Masculine Pronouns Wherever the feminine pronoun is used in this Agreement, it includes the masculine pronoun and vice versa where the context so requires.
Operational Context The System Managers will be responsible for managing the Fleetmap information of the users they are representing. This information is also shared with the other system managers; the ID information also must be kept.

Strategic Context This Agreement is informed by a wider strategic context related to the delivery of safe, quality, financially sustainable and accountable healthcare for all Western Australians. The delivery of health services within the following strategic context is the mutual responsibility of both Parties, whether with reference to supporting information and guidelines or mandatory policy requirements.
Defined Terms and Rules of Construction Reference is made to the Glossary of Defined Terms and Rules of Construction (as the same may be supplemented, amended or modified, the “Glossary”) attached as Exhibit A to the Indenture. The Glossary is incorporated herein by reference. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned thereto in the Glossary.
Use of Masculine Pronoun Whenever a masculine pronoun is used in this Contract, it shall include the feminine gender unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
NOUNS AND PRONOUNS Whenever the context may require, any pronouns used herein shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine or neuter forms, and the singular form of nouns and pronouns shall include the plural and vice-versa.
