Continuance of Program Sample Clauses
The "Continuance of Program" clause establishes that a particular program or set of activities will continue to operate under specified conditions, even if certain changes or disruptions occur. In practice, this clause may apply when there are amendments to the agreement, changes in management, or other events that could otherwise interrupt the program’s operation. Continuance of Program. The voluntary portion of the wellness program will be made available every year of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) if there is a minimum of twenty- five percent (25%) officer participation in the voluntary physical fitness component.
