Continuance of Regular Pay Following Breakdown of Truck or Equipment. The Employer agrees that a Truck Driver or Equipment Operator, who is so classified due to having competed successfully for a posted position, and who is unable to perform their regular duties due to the breakdown of their truck or equipment shall continue to receive their regular rate of pay for up to ten (10) working days.
