While an employee is in receipt of benefits under the Ontario Xxxxx Workers Disability Benefit Plan, he fits under the Ontario Xxxxx Workers Disability Benefit Plan, he may continue his group life insurance provided he continues to contribute his share of the premium as set out in Section 4.
