Common use of Continuation of Coverages Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Coverages. Notwithstanding any contrary provision herein, following any termination of Employee’s employment and this Agreement pursuant to Section 5(a), Employer will continue any other life, health and disability coverages for Employee substantially identical to the coverages maintained prior to Employee’s termination, until the earlier of (i) Employee’s full time employment by another Person; (ii) one year after the date of such termination (with the exception of any disability insurance coverage in place, which shall be governed by the terms of such policy); or (iii) the date of Employee’s death.

Continuation of Coverages. Notwithstanding any contrary provision herein, following any termination of Employee’s employment and this Agreement pursuant to Section 5(a), the Employer will continue any other life, health health, and disability coverages for Employee substantially identical to the coverages maintained prior to Employee’s termination, termination until the earlier of: (i) Employee’s full time employment by another Person; (ii) one year after the date of such termination (with the exception of any disability insurance coverage in place, which shall be governed by the terms of such policy); or (iii) the date of Employee’s death.
